Large for size 10, I put these in both the hard and soft boot salomons. The soft boot is a bigger boot than the hard despite the fact they are both size 10 and the soft boot far more grinding involved on both the soul plates and boot. But large for size 10 or bigget. I used a die grinder with 3m abrasive wheels from my days of working on cars

Is it just held on by the frame bolts like on the carbons? Also, what size frame bolts should I use?
