This works really great. I'm a size 8 but can wear a size 7 TRS like this. The mid soul toe cap looking thing gives your toes plenty of protection. I highly recommend this. I would never skate TRS with out doing it.

these are the best trs liners except the foot bed is kinda sucky near the toe its thinner than the heel. they have added alot more padding than the old liners

im size 8 feet. every single pair of my TRS skates have been size 7, and they've all fit fine. TRS are know to fit a 1/2 bigger at the least, up to a full size bigger.
